Okay, when YOU order and like the ribs,which in person you confirmed were fabulous, you know I'm on board from the start. This bumps to the curb all the recent "A" rated restaurants (do you eat at any other?), and makes this the first stop on our visit this summer. My mouth was watering throughout your review, and I liked the new format of listing dishes seriatum. Expect to see RN74 discussed soon. BTW, thanks for making my FD special.

You are becoming more and more professional and accomplished in writing your reviews. Based on the picture, I would have opted for the chicken for sure. It looked mouth watering. But I think it's worth returning to at least once to try the namesake dish. I believe the quality of the food will only be exceeded by the meal I expect you to prepare for me when you finally return for a visit in June. Next suggested restaurant visit: Israeli cuisine.

An absence of pictures did not detract from your enthusiastic review.The simplicity you describe makes it sound like the kind of food I know you adore. Plus, the selection of the white Burgundy (my favorite) only enhances my envy. I keep thinking, as you add to your recent excursions, that "this is the one we'll go to." But "THIS" is THE ONE.

This was without a doubt the best written review you have posted in your long and illustrious career. So well written and vividly describing the substance of your complete dining experience. Made me want to hop a plane and eat there tomorrow (assuming I could get a reservation). I told you you would love that place.You should email it to the restaurant. Okay, what's wrong with this picture? You're working like a dog one step above a starving student;I'm semi-retired after an almost 40 year career, and you're eating far better than I am. That Sonia knows how to order. I'm with her on the duck, but your pasta looked amazing. Melt in your mouth.Definitely on my list for our next visit even at 5, and given her celeb status Sonia can come too. I am eagerly looking forward to eating vicariously through you at Daniel. I'm not sure you appreciate just how good your life is.

I beg to differ a bit. My duck confit was superb. Better actually than Baltazar's though I preferred the overall dining experience at Balthazar. I agree that there was nothing memorable about the salad,but I would return because the meal was tasty and the service was excellent. Also, my bourbon sidecar was perfect. Perhaps that's why I wasn't as critically attuned to the rest of the meal.

You perfectly captured the "flavor" of the evening from the standpoint of both taste and ambiance. The company of course was superb (hi, fashion girl), the service solicitous without being intrusive, and my duck was heaven sent. I expect to have many more memorable meals here since there were so many dishes I wanted to try, but was constrained only by stomach space. One of my most enjoyable meals in quite some time. You chose well.

First off, I am tremendously flattered that you alluded to me in a loving way in your review. All the more so because of all the dishes you sampled this is the one that appealed to me the most (even more than the ribs). I guess all our meals together have given you a great sense of my culinary preferences. I always have a warm feeling when I know you are partaking of an enjoyable meal with your "homies." I hope this is the one that we financed. Perhaps we can return for dinner next Sunday. It seems to have everything we treasure from cocktails to original, varied dishes.

You are one lucky Googleite to have experienced such a varied and creative meal. As you might expect, my heart belongs to the duck dish. Two of my favorite components combined and cooked just the way I like them. But the bisque and the souffles run a very close second. I was salivating by the time I finished the review. For those of us not fortunate to know Todd personally, it would be helpful to know which dishes are on the menu. I must say that of all your meals thus far, this is the one that has me most envious. While far from my favorite ethnic food, you made it sound appealing and the avocado toast looks mouth watering. Perhaps you are uniquely qualified to review this restaurant in light of summer experience in a Moroccan restaurant of a different sort. One suggestion: even though you are loathe to order them could you detail some of the meat offerings for those of us who cannot live on hummus and the like alone. Also, please indicate whether full bar is available or just wine and beer. I know how comforting it is to have a go to place close by, and am pleased that you found one.

It's becoming more and more difficult to select restaurants for our visit as everyone you go to seems better than the last. What was on the menu for carnivores? The drinks alone make it worth going to. Sunday night? It sounds like you're going to be ready for another detox/cleansing soon. But what a way to go?
